Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Join METTLER TOLEDO's Process Analytics Division as a Writer & Content Creator Expert (all genders), where you will craft compelling, integrated marketing content that showcases our cutting-edge analytical technologies for liquid, gas, and pure water applications. Your storytelling will inspire and inform decision-makers across Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Food & Beverages, Semiconductors, and Power industries.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and produce engaging, multi-format marketing materials, including text, graphics, videos, and interactive content, to highlight our process analytical solutions, in collaboration with your design colleagues,
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, industry management, design) to create aligned, impactful content,
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive messaging tailored for external stakeholders,
Utilize AI and large language models (LLMs) tools to enhance content creation efficiency while maintaining brand voice and quality,
Manage content integration to ensure cohesive storytelling across all platforms,
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and advances in AI-powered content creation,
Support global teams with high-quality English content, ensuring linguistic excellence and brand consistency. Act as a content coach and quality assurance for our content.

What You Need to Succeed

Minimum 2+ years of experience in similar position,
Proficiency in English and exceptional writing and editing skills in this language (min. C1),
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and creative teams,
Experience with multi-format content creation (written, visual, video),
Willingness and ability to learn new technologies, especially AI tools for content generation and optimization,
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
Background or experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, or chemical process analytics is a plus.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:

CV selection – we contact selected candidates
Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
Initial interview with the Manager or technical Expert (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
F2F meeting at the office, video conference, or decision on the selection of the candidate and making an offer.
