Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Responsible to ensure direct tax and transfer pricing compliances for India legal entity(ies) and overseas entities having transactions in India.
Responsible for computation of Income Tax/Advance tax/tax Provisions/Deferred tax/ tax reporting's, filing of IT returns and filing of TP workings.
Prepare Documentation and complete Transfer Pricing related compliances
Manage Tax assessments/audits. Handle litigation, appear before authorities, draft replies/ appeals, deal with consultants/ advocates.
Prepare & co-ordinate statutory audit requirements connected to the area of taxation..
Advice on tax matters..
Coordinate with Global tax team, share required details and imbibe best practices.
Identify opportunities to optimize effective tax rates and cash tax flows. Monitor effective tax rates..
Track relevant changes in law/ procedures and prepare the organization to meet the requirements before deadline by making changes in ERP & imparting trainings.

What You Need to Succeed

Qualifications and Technical Skills:- Chartered Accountant with 6-8 years experience.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Large MNC with manufacturing set up will be preferred.
Overall and Specific Experience:- Exposure to MNC culture. - Preference will be given to candidates having experience of corporate direct, transfer pricing and international tax including interpreting tax treaties.- Hands on experience on SAP will be an added advantage.
