We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Senior Proactive Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to supporting our Key Account Management team by coordinating co-visits and online meetings with priority accounts across multiple divisions, including Industrial, Laboratory, Product Inspection, and Analytical Chemistry. You will work closely with the Proactive Inside Sales team to identify decision makers, facilitate engagement strategies, and unlock untapped potential within our key accounts. Key responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing outbound prospecting skills to identify relevant contacts within high-priority accounts.
- Coordinating and scheduling visits and online meetings for Global Key Account Managers (GKAMs).
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal sales teams.
- Collaborating with GKAMs to develop engagement strategies and support scheduling for accounts with upcoming Planning Engineering Construction (PEC) investments.
- Leveraging PEC investment trackers, CRM data, SmartProfiles, and external databases to identify decision-makers and schedule early-stage project meetings.
- Maintaining and validating CRM data integrity in SAP, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
- Providing weekly updates to team leads and senior management on recurring business issues and market trends.
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of Laboratory & Industrial business product lines and service offerings.
- Managing time effectively in a fast-paced, communicative environment.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Previous CRM experience is preferred.
- Must be available to work in our Columbus office near Polaris 4 days a week.
