Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Area Coverage: Mindanao, based in CDO

  • Grow target accounts and consistently build sales pipelines to achieve sales target. Service Contracts & Spare parts.
  • Establishing new accounts by identifying potential customers from ibase data by planning and organizing sales call/visit schedules
  • Identifying current and potential customer requirements by establishing personal rapport and understanding key requirements
  • Support Business Area Manager in execution of marketing campaigns, leads generation, pipeline management and order to delivery lead time
  • Effectively deliver high quality solutions to prospects and customers
  • Provide technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the technical support team. Becoming a competent key technical advisor and product advocate for MT products
  • Communicate regulatory compliance requirement and applications effectively, demonstrating MT’s market leadership and expertise in the relevant fields
  • Responsible for representing the solution to customers and to engage customers in the field with customer events such as conferences, seminar.
  • Develop customer's staff by providing technical information and training
  • Conduct Negotiation to secure a win-win agreement with customers
What You Need to Succeed

  • Resident of Cagayan De Oro
  • 25 - 32 yrs old
  • Must be physically fit to work
  • Graduate of Engineering course is an advantage
  • at least 2-3 year's work experience in Sales
Our Offer to You

VARIABLE COMPENSATION

Thirteen Month Pay

1/12 of the annual basic salary, pro-rated according to government mandated policy

Variable Bonus

Upon confirmation, the Employee will be entitled to an annual variable bonus for each completed year of service as per the calendar year ended 31st December. If the Employeeworked for only a portion of the year, the Employee will be entitled to a bonus on a pro-rated basis provided he/she is no longer under probation. The amount of the bonus will be at the discretion of the Management and based on individual and company performance.


Company car

Company will provide the available car for official business use

Company mobile phone

Company will provide phone with Php2,000.00 postpaid plan, any excess thereof shall be borne by the employee


Official Travel related expense

Fleet card provided for actual gas (max 200L/mo.), RFID/toll reload monthly, while parking, hotel, puv and other business-related expenses shall be reimbursed monthly together with the payroll

PhP300,000.00 upon hiring

Accident Insurance

PhP300,000.00 upon hiring

HMO

PhP150,00.00 (per member, per sickness); covered are legal spouse and 2 kids upto 21 yrs old) – effective 30days from hiring date

Government Mandated Benefits

SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, 13th month pay, maternity/paternity, sickness, disability, retirement, death and pension benefits

In accordance with government mandated rates and policies

Paid Leave Benefits

Upto 15days VL and 15days SL (prorated from regularization date)
