Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • R&D of new products (60%)
    • Develop new products according to the department's requirements, work with the team, and be responsible for the quality, completeness, schedule, and cost of design output.
    • Responsible for the design of new product embedded software architecture, code implementation and system debugging to meet functional and performance requirements.
    • Responsible for Linux system backend software development, including development, construction, deployment, etc.
    • Work closely with the hardware and test teams to complete system debugging; Write technical documents (requirements analysis, design descriptions, test reports, etc.) to ensure that the development process specifications are traceable;
    • Ability to introduce new technologies, approaches, and present their own insights.
  • Product daily maintenance (30%)                                
    • Provide technical support to the product market.
    • Software iterative optimization, version management, continuous integration and improvement of existing products.
  • Pre-study (10%)
    • Combine the application characteristics of the department's products, track the cutting-edge technologies in the embedded field, and reasonably introduce new technologies.
    • Evaluate and promote new technologies or applications, carry out product innovation, and enhance the competitiveness of products.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Educational background
    • Master's degree or above
    • Major in electronic information or computer software
  • Years of service
    • Five years or more
  • Professional skills requirements 
    • Proficient in embedded software development, at least 3 years of embedded development experience in the industrial field (required)
    • Experience in software development (developing, building, deploying) of some Linux operating system (required)
    • Familiarity with programming in QT, JAVA, etc. on Linux systems (required)
    • Knowledge of MQTT, Restful API, OPCUA (preferred).
    • Experience in software development project management (preferred)
    • Knowledge of weighing software (preferred)
  • Others
    • Good English speaking and literacy skills.
    • Good communication skills and demonstration skills, team spirit.
