HR Operations Specialist (L&D) with German
Location Varsovie, Voïvodie de Mazovie Date de publication January 31, 2025 ID de l'offre 18590The HR SSC Operations Specialist’s (L&D) primary role is coordinating and managing Mettler-Toledo learning/training initiatives.
You will collaborate with cross-functional HR teams, employees, managers, trainers, and external vendors to support Mettler-Toledo Swiss in seamless and efficient L&D programs/training plans roll out and delivery.
You will support before and post learning event activities by coordinating course assignments, managing training attendee lists, coordinating training logistics, preparing and sharing learning metrics and reports, and supporting drive of the L&D operational excellence through continuous service improvement.
You will assist your manager in driving the HR transformation initiatives in the region, while ensuring seamless delivery of the learning programs.
In this position you will have the opportunity to apply your ability to implement innovative solutions aligned with and supporting transformation plan/goals, and the organization requirements.
Your tasks:
- Supporting Mettler-Toledo Swiss stakeholder(s) in development of annual L&D plan,
- Overseeing training portfolio(s) and supporting training roll-ins,
- Organizing and administering in-person and/or online training sessions and activities (including scheduling, enrollment, resource management, facility set up),
- Supporting the employees’ training related enquiries,
- Assisting the trainer(s) and moderator(s) in training development and training update enquiries,
- Administering and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) to guarantee seamless deployment and reporting, based on global standards and processes,
- Supporting post course/event activities and post course evaluation/data analysis by providing training registers, post event reports, cost allocation information and by collecting/sharing training feedback,
- Supporting HR transformation by assisting the Head of HR Operations EU in HR transformation initiatives (based on tasks assigned),
- Assisting with the HCM system testing,
- Assisting in HR process documentation development (SOPs, WOs, PMs),
- Acting as the HCM power used and supporting the integration of new HR technologies, including updates to LMS,
- Supporting standardization of L&D processes across the shared service, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Previous experience in training/ learning administration role, preferably within an international environment,
- Proficiency in English (C1) and German (B2),
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Strong analytical skills with orientation to details,
- Ability to conclude and interpret data,
- Excellent organizational and project management skills,
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural setting,
- Proactive approach, solution focused attitude,
- Practical knowledge of the MS 365 suite,
- Advanced excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, V-look up, field formatting).
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training methodologies,
- Experience in a centralized HR operating model,
- Knowledge of Polish (B1/B2).
