Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
If you: 
  • are looking for dynamic job in which you will need to use your multitasking and investigative skills

  • are eager to work with export documents, processes and procedures ✈️

Your tasks: 
  • Providing Support (logistics issues) for Customers in Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. 
  • Managing customers' orders and assisting customers in providing the most current shipping status on existing orders. 
  • Export documentation processing.
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint (investigating the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem). 
  • Ensuring and providing quality service to both internal and external customers. 
  • Arranging of pick-up/transfer of cargo with logistics providers. 
  • Cooperation with Customers, Financial Dept., Logistics Dept., and Dealer Managers about the conditions of orders and shipments to MEA region. 
  • Improvement of the Service Level for MEA customers by collecting and analyzing customer information.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Previous experience in international trade (Payment conditions, Incoterms, etc.),
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written), 
  • Customer Service orientation and good communication skills, 
  • Quality focus and problem-solving skills.
