Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
✨We are currently looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing team for the Industrial Division. This team is in charge of planning, creating, and executing worldwide marketing activities in cooperation with our business units, our market and industry management, as well as our sales organizations.✨

The Content Marketing Specialist (based in Warsaw, PL) will report to the Industrial Content Marketing Manager (based in Columbus, OH, USA). This role is part of the global Industrial Marketing Team, which is based in Switzerland. This role requires the ability to effectively communicate via video platforms (Microsoft Teams).️

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Write value-focused marketing material with native English expertise,
  • Help to manage our web marketing efforts including adding or modifying web pages for mt.com, boosting SEO performance, and optimizing content for machine translation,
  • Collaborate closely with our product management, market management, and worldwide sales organizations to develop content to boost traffic, engagement, and conversion, and ultimately drive demand generation and grow sales,
  • Understand and utilize the corporate design guidelines to develop marketing materials such as email marketing messages, videos, web pages, printed mailers, brochures, and advertisements,
  • Drive content creation process from a holistic point of view and not only focused on text. E.g. How is the image and text of an eMail aligned? How is the end-to-end flow from banner to landing page to value content piece? Does the material reflect our global presence and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion?
  • Coach the authors, editors, and creatives through the content creation process and ensure that the final content is delivered in time, of high quality and fit for purpose,
  • Build network of global internal "customers" from SBUs and sales organizations, ensuring the line of communication and 'door' to Industrial Division Marketing assistance is kept open at all times.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience,
  • Native English speaker or C2 level,
  • Fluent with standard Microsoft Office tools,
  • Experience with Adobe Creative tools is desired, especially Photoshop,
  • A strong understanding of the principles of content marketing and content creation processes, especially timelines and workloads,
  • Ability to confidently unite subject matter experts and other global stakeholders in order create powerful content,
  • Flexible working schedule that occasionally allows for early morning or evening meetings due to time zone considerations within a global team,
  • Ability to travel to internationally 1 to 2 times per year.
