The M365 Workplace Manager (f/m/d) oversees the workplace teams across Europe, with strategic responsibility for collaboration platforms like SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, as well as endpoint management covering devices such as notebooks, mobile phones, and virtual desktops. This role also manages the asset management team, including ownership of key applications like Adobe and Microsoft products. The teams under this role are distributed globally, including locations in China, Malaysia, Poland, Switzerland, and the US.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for both the strategic planning and day-to-day management of all digital workplace services,
- Develop and carry out a clear digital workplace strategy that covers a variety of technologies and services, including:
- Managing devices like laptops, mobile phones, and virtual desktops to keep them secure and running smoothly,
- Supporting collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive to enable easy and efficient teamwork,
- Overseeing IT asset management to keep track of hardware and software, including important applications like Adobe and Microsoft products.
- Work closely with global IT teams to make sure digital workplace projects meet company standards and support business goals,
- Continuously improve user experience, increase reliability of services, and encourage wider use of digital tools,
- Monitor how well services perform, manage budgets carefully, and provide regular updates to company leaders.
What You Need to Succeed
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT service management and expertise in digital workplace technologies,
- Excellent English skills (min. C1, written and spoken),
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams across multiple locations,
- In-depth knowledge of endpoint management and collaboration platforms, especially within the Microsoft 365 (M365) environment,
- Excellent communication skills to effectively support and coordinate with global teams,
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology initiatives closely with business objectives.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
- CV selection – we contact selected candidates
- Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
- Initial interview with the Manager or technical Expert (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
- Providing candidates with information about the minimum salary for a given position and other components of remuneration by email after the initial interview.
- F2F meeting at the office, video conference, or decision on the selection of the candidate and making an offer.
At the same time, due to the Christmas - holiday season, please expect that applications will be processed in the new year as well as we will be able to come back with feedback.
