  • Operational Support: Support regional hub operations by tracking purchase orders and delivery schedules; proactively expedite critical materials to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Inventory Health: Monitor inventory performance, specifically targeting the reduction of Excess & Obsolete and slow-moving stock while mitigating shortage risks.
  • Performance Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in On-Time Delivery (OTD) and inventory optimization through data-driven planning adjustments.
  • Issue Resolution: Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for supply disruptions and implement corrective actions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in S&OP processes and align supply capabilities with customer needs and market volatility.
  • KPI Reporting: Maintain and report on critical metrics including OTD, OFT, Inventory, Days of Supply (DOS), and Plan Attainment.
