Quality Assurance Coordinator

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
The Regional Quality Assurance Coordinator serves as the primary "First Window" and strategic liaison between two global Hubs and our manufacturing units (MOs) in Europe (EU) and the Americas (AM). This role is critical in streamlining communication regarding Quality Notifications (QN), ensuring swift follow-ups, and driving the end-to-end resolution of quality-related topics to maintain high supply chain standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • QN Management
    • Manage quality notifications by reviewing complaints and ensuring accurate assignment to both internal and external partners for outbound and inbound shipments. Focus on optimizing the process through effective "pass-through" Quality Notifications (QNs) to enhance response efficiency and resolution.
    • Forward logistics-related quality notifications to the logistics department and verify their responses promptly.
    • Assign specific tasks to designated Warehouse personnel based on identified issues such as over-pick, over-shipment, and missing Uline labels. Ensure effective coordination and communication between logistics and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues.
    • Monitor follow-up actions to guarantee timely resolution of reported logistics-related quality concerns.
    • Prepare credit notes and invoices related to quality complaints.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, or Supply Chain Coordination within a multinational corporation (MNC).
  • Proven experience working in a Shared Service Center environment is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with global manufacturing and logistics workflows.
  • Basic accounting knowledge related to credit notes and invoicing
  • Experience in quality notification handling or quality management
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP (QM Module, MM,) is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools (e.g., 8D, 5-Whys, Fishbone diagram).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Communication: Exceptional command of written and spoken English, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders across different cultures and time zones.
    • o Project Management: Strong "follow-through" mindset with high attention to detail and deadlines.
    • o Conflict Resolution: Ability to remain objective and professional when mediating between Hub requirements and factory constraints. Facilitate regular meetings between regional Hub teams and global MOs to resolve bottlenecks and clarify responsibility boundaries. Basic accounting knowledge related to credit notes and invoicing
