    Team Leader Talent Acquisition Switzerland

    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
    Location: Greifensee, Zurich (hybrid: 3 days/week onsite, 2 days/week remote).

    We are looking for a Team Leader Talent Acquisition (TA) 100% (all genders). In this role, you lead a dynamic team of recruiters, driving best practices, engaging with candidates and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

    Reporting to: Head of Talent Acquisition Europe and Switzerland.

    Your responsibilities
    - you:
    • lead and mentor a team of TA professionals to achieve recruitment goals in a positive team environment
    • manage full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer, and support onboarding of new hires
    • drive end-to-end recruitment processes for strategic roles
    • collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and provide best practice advice
    • analyze recruitment metrics, improve processes and report on team performance
    • ensure compliance with hiring laws and regulations while promoting diversity and inclusion
    • act as a key ambassador for the company’s employer brand
    What You Need to Succeed
    Requirements - you:
    • are fluent in both English and German
    • have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
    • bring 5+ years of experience in TA, including in a leadership role
    • have a track record of managing recruitment and driving results in a fast-paced environment
    • are experienced with TA technologies (ATS, CRM, AI tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
    • possess great interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
    • demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
