Shape the future of laboratory innovation!

In this pivotal role, you will lead global strategy and continuous innovation, making our advanced software solutions indispensable to customers in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and beyond.

At Automated Chemistry business unit (Autochem), your visionary leadership will empower scientists to streamline experimentation, accelerate scale-up, and deliver lasting value in a dynamic and competitive market. In this role, your responsibilities would include:

Commercialization and Go-To-Market:
  • Lead commercialization of software solutions, including pricing, licensing models, and value-based selling frameworks.
  • Develop and drive effective go-to-market strategies in close alignment with regional sales and marketing teams.
Strategy and Portfolio Management:
  • Define and execute the global software strategy, setting long-term direction for portfolio growth and market relevance.
  • Ensure strong product and portfolio management excellence across the iC Suite and Scale Up Systems software lines.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead, develop, and coach a global team, strengthening organizational capabilities and building a culture of shared ownership and continuous learning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Foster collaboration with R&D, Instruments, Service, and commercial organizations to ensure cohesive execution.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Education: Degree in a scientific, technical or business discipline with strong understanding of software driven value creation.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in software strategy, pricing, market development or product line ownership in a global environment.
  • Leadership: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, demonstrating proven leadership responsibilities and commercial decision-making skills, complemented by a collaborative leadership style, the ability to align stakeholders, and a track record of driving progress without unnecessary escalation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to navigate complex product ecosystems that integrate instruments, software and service components.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel: Open to international travel, up to 30%, to engage with key teams and customers.
