Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Take lead for Labx projects in India from pre-sales to sign-off
  • To Collect information from customer about the IT architecture and guiding to provide suitable architecture for the installation of LabX. Helping sales and service team to collect required information from the customer.
  • To guide customers to understand requirement of complying to data integrity requirement and concept of ALCOA+
  • To train sales and service team to understand IT requirements required for LabX and terms for data integrity mentioned in 21 CFR Part 11.
  • To support sales team for pre sales of LabX regarding IT, compliance and to support service team for after sales. Collect requirements for system with a strong focus on the application together with customer
  • To guide customers on SQL database. To guide customers on installation requirement of software in complied environment including Virtual servers
  • Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate effort required to develop such an application
  • Feed information to sales rep to quote for LabX requirement
  • To Coordinate with Application Manager to provide / Develop method or send detailed requirements
  • Interface to LabX installation specialist and support groups, organizes installation and validation of software. Organize customer training to bring the whole lab up to speed

Pre-sales responsibilities

  • Look for opportunities proactively in Organization, guide sales force on data integrity compliance requirement, specific applications/topics and monitor activities
  • Join sales reps to customers and perform LabX demos. Focus on key benefits of LabX for specific customer
  • Support customers on a consultative basis during pre-sales phase in regards to data integrity, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, integration with third party software / LIMS,laboratory workflow, related challenges and according solutions (balance, dosing, analytical instruments and data integrity solutions).
  • Where required consider cross SBU opportunity and involve other units.
  • Guide customers on Pharma data integrity compliance


What You Need to Succeed

  • Laboratory background (university post graduate degree in science, professional experience in labs)
  • Experience and / Or S/W programming knowledge. Should be familiar with the fundamentals of software programming like flow charts etc. Knowledge and/or expertise on programming language (any) will be an advantage. Familiarity with the database like SQL etc. will be useful
  • Strong Sales acumen. Knowledge of Pharma data integrity compliance requirement.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based software and database.
  • Knowledge of software integration with third party software specially CDS would be preferred. 
  • Analytical skill, Project leader skills, Technical affinity for Software
