    Our Process Analytics Division is looking for a:

    Chem Sales Specialist

    The PRO Division sells sensors for measuring critical liquid and gas analytical parameters, such as pH and oxygen levels and water conductivity and resistivity as well as total organic carbon. Its products enable pharmaceutical and biotech companies to continuously ensure product quality and meet regulatory standards. Our transmitters and connectivity solutions make data collection and integration into control systems efficient and flexible.

    The candidate will report to the Sales Manager and will be part of the Sales Team.

    The Chem Sales Specialist is a highly motivated business developer who will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and managing product strategies. This role requires a unique blend of sales expertise and product management skills to identify market opportunities, develop client relationships and guide product development aligned with customer needs.

    The main responsibilities of the position are:
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within high potential target markets and industries (chemical segment companies in the North of Italy).
    • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation and closing.
    • Acting as Product Specialist for specific solutions for chemical segment
    • Work closely with product management teams to provide market feedback and support the development and launch of new products.
    • Providing expert knowledge and support to colleagues and customers all over Italy, conducting product demonstrations and training sessions, to ensure products meet market needs, and staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
    • Acting as a bridge between the technical and commercial sides of the business to ensure successful product positioning and customer satisfaction.
    • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster customer loyalty and retention.
    • Collaborate with Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    What You Need to Succeed
    • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering/Chemistry
    • At least 3 years of experience in sales management and/or product management and/or business development in industrial/chemical environment
    • Strong understanding of product management and market analysis
    • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day sales activities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Italian and English
    • Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Based in Lombardia/Willing to travel regularly all along the North of Italy and in the rest of Italy when needed
