Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
The Program Manager (PgM) oversees the Key Account (KA) Project Management Team while directly managing strategic key account projects using Project Management Professional (PMP) principles. This role is responsible for governance of the KA Program, including project methodologies, resource optimization, and the training and development of KA Project Managers.

The Program Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, within scope, and in alignment with customer expectations. Working closely with customers, cross-functional teams, and business units, the PgM captures requirements, drives project execution, provides technical expertise, and supports operational activities including technical reviews, FATs, customer visits, competitive analysis, and training initiatives.
  • Lead and develop the Key Account Project Management Team while managing assigned key account projects.
  • Govern the KA Program, including project management processes, resource utilization, and coaching of Project Managers.
  • Manage projects through all phases of the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure.
  • Apply project management best practices to ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to customer requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage project documentation including project plans, trackers, charters, communication plans, and risk management tools.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for internal teams, agents, and customers, promoting knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Collaborate with customers and business units to define and implement system features, functionality, and technical solutions for key accounts.
  • Participate in technical reviews to ensure solutions are accurate, feasible, sustainable, and aligned with customer requirements.
  • Maintain Key Account technical specifications, price lists, URS documentation, and review bid packages to support accurate quoting and project execution.
  • Travel as needed to customer sites to conduct surveys, deliver technical presentations, support sales efforts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support design reviews, quality, service, production meetings, product demonstrations, and specialized testing activities as required.
  • Participate in customer and internal Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), identifying deficiencies, coordinating corrective actions, and ensuring design updates are documented and communicated.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, application tools, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain professional and technical expertise through ongoing education, certifications, industry engagement, and professional networking.
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Manager.
What You Need to Succeed
  • 5 years or more experience with Project Management.
  • Bachelors equivalent technical experience in Project Management or Engineering.
  • Ability to handle a hectic, fast pace, ever-changing work environment, while maintaining a professional attitude
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time.
  • Must be extremely organized, efficient, detail-oriented, innovative and effective problem-solver 
  • Ability to work independently or with a team.
  • Exceptional communication skills and presentation skills (written and verbal), as well as excellent interpersonal skills to foster interaction within all levels of the organization, clients and subcontractors 
  • Experience with computerized office systems and software (i.e., Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Visio)
  • Must be able to meet difficult deadlines.
  • Support and conform to 5S objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Be able to interpret different learning style requirements and adapt training to the various styles as required
