Role/Purpose:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for Deliver world class customer service while interacting with customers via phone/email. Plans, organizes, leads, and controls the flow of service work through the service department in a professional and timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer the phones and be able to address any customer inquiry or direct the customer to the appropriate individual.
  • Create work orders for on-site service interventions
  • Create a "clean" order verifying all the pertinent information is obtained and included for the scheduler to effectively schedule the visit and the Field Engineer to be prepared for the job
  • Respond to VM's and email with a high level of professionalism and a sense of urgency. 
  • Probe general service and dispatch email inboxes throughout the day and respond with a sense of urgency  
  • Work effectively within ERP and CRM systems
  • Collaborate and assist schedulers' with their day to day responsibilities 
  • Collaborate with RSM's and other service personnel to meet the needs of our customers
  • Prepare on-site service estimates using best practices
  • Document every customer interaction in CRM
  • Close-out completed service orders in CRM 

What You Need to Succeed
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to foster interaction within all levels of the organization, clients and subcontractors
  • Ability to handle a hectic, fast pace, ever-changing work environment, while  maintaining a professional attitude
  • Must be organized, efficient, detail-oriented, innovative and effective problem-solver
  • Ability to work independently or with a team.
  • Experience with computerized office systems and software (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook, SAP, and Sales Logix)


Minimum Education / Experience Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Prior Customer Service and Office Administration Experience
