- Evaluate, develop and implement specific growth plans according to the potential detected in the different markets/countries, supporting them in key projects.
- Implementation of Mettler Toledo's Marketing/Commercial strategy through the commercial teams of partners/distributors, encouraging them to develop a commercial approach to value selling, implementing specific commercial programs: seminars, customer trainings, etc.
- Support partners in launching local marketing campaigns.
- Management of the Key Accounts of the assigned countries, in coordination with our global KA teams, ensuring that the key accounts in the countries assigned to you, are properly managed.
- Ensure that our partners' sales teams keep their knowledge of our solutions up to date, proposing and managing training/activities.
- Support, if necessary, the departments involved in billing and collection.
- You are an experienced international sales professional with a solid experience and knowledge of North African markets, fluent in both English and French, providing technical advice and support to our esteemed distributors/partners.
- University education in Chemistry, Biochemistry and/or Pharmacy is essential.
- Solid knowledge of the laboratory environment and associated instrumentation.
- Essential- At least 3 years of experience in sales in international markets with solid experience with African markets.
- Experience in managing distributors/partners, 3rd parties and/or international commercial teams.
- Communicative, commercial and team management skills, proactivity and involvement/commitment to creating strong long-term relationships with our partners.
- Very high level of both English and French.
- Available and willing to travel to the assigned markets to reinforce relationships and support with our local partners.
- Permanent Contract and competitive target salary (Fixed + Bonus).
- 27 vacation working days.
