- Interpret and analyze complex blueprints, schematics and engineering specifications.
- Set up and calibrate welding equipment and tools.
- Conduct thorough inspections of welds and components to meet industry quality standards.
- Provide support and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 welders.
- Participate in advanced 5S and Lean initiatives.
- Lead small groups in problem statement creation and small CI project implementation.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Perform all Welder 1 and Welder 2 tasks when necessary.
- Other duties may be assigned.

- Arc Welding
- High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Trade school/Apprenticeship Program and 5–15 years of experience in a similar position preferred or completion of an accredited welding program and 4 years of experience preferred.
