Summary: 
The METTLER TOLEDO Industrial Division is a global leader in industrial weighing solutions serving industries such as pharmaceutical, chemical, food & beverage, mining, and logistics. Its products include sensor technologies, scale hardware, electronics, and software for data management, supporting both local and integrated plant automation. Based in Columbus, Ohio, the division develops and manufactures weighing terminals and integrated systems, primarily serving the Americas but distributing globally through METTLER TOLEDO’s presence in over 40 countries.

The position focuses on transforming traditional training content and methods to digital formats, enhancing accessibility and effectives through innovative e-learning solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Training Content Development – 50%
• Create classroom & eLearning training material based on global templates as defined on the global product training curriculums.
• Create, edit, and publish learning videos in close collaboration with trainers and product managers.
• Create value selling tools / methods in conjunction with other Regional Training Centers.

Training Support – 30%
• Support face-to-face or remote product, software & application trainings for sales and service people in collaboration with regional trainers.
• Assist regional trainers and product managers to create and deliver product training during new product introductions.
• Contribute to projects for enhancing the training organization and skill qualification of employees.
• Control studio equipment and software during eDemos and eTrainings.

Training Administration – 20%
• Maintain regional and virtual training activities on the corporate Learning Management System (LMS).
• Create and update onboarding and training plans for the target audiences.
• Support and organize regional training events.

What You Need to Succeed
Education, Experience & Skills
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Qualifications:
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required, with excellent technical writing, communication, and presentation skills adaptable to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines and geographically dispersed teams.
• Motivated and innovative, with experience or willingness to learn text-to-speech, video creation, and AI tools for engaging training content.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in computer applications for presentations, document publishing, and project tracking.
• Solid technical product knowledge essential to effectively perform the role.
