- Bachelor's degree in a business discipline (Marketing, Business Administration, Business or Data Analytics, or related) from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Excellent Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Familiarity with, or interest in learning SAP.
- Some experience with or interest in learning at least one coding or programming language would be an asset, to support our data clean-up, analysis, interpretation, and reporting projects.
- A global perspective, analytical mind set, and a flexible, open approach to learning our business from the ground up.
- Strong communication skills to interact successfully with our local and international teams
- A take-charge attitude to your responsibilities, as demonstrated by on or off-campus leadership experience.
- Previous and/or current involvement in community service or other volunteer organizations.
- The ability to begin working full-time in Columbus, OH in June 2025.
