Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Participate in requirement analysis, estimation, and decomposing the requirements for implementation.
  • Design, implement and maintain new reusable code/components towards fulfilling the requirements.
  • Implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for development as per standards defined by the organization.
  • Meet quality, cost and schedule target for your assigned tasks and the project in general.
  • Identify, monitor and manage (including escalation) the technical dependencies and risks.
  • Coach and support the team to troubleshoot issues and find the appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure content and structure of all development artifacts are documented and maintained.
  • Share ideas to improve code quality and perform / contribute to reviews
  • Adhere to defined standards and recommend continuous improvement of processes.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders across time zones.
  • Keep yourself and the team updated with latest industry developments.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Proficient in programming languages such as C#/.NET Framework and .Net 6.0/8.0
  • Work Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in development
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficient with Integrated Development Environment’s (IDE) MS Visual Studio 2019/2022 and Visual Studio Code
  • Experience in desktop user interface development using WPF & MVVM pattern.
  • Experience in Power Shell script creation, execution and debugging.
  • Experience in WIX installer tool sets and MSI installer.
  • Experience in creating Online installer to download and deploy applications.
  • Experience in Silent Installation of applications.
  • Experience in unit testing application with frameworks like MSTest, NUnit or xUnit. 
  • Strong knowledge in SOLID design principles and Design patterns
  • Hands-on experience with Docker containers and orchestration platforms 
  • Must to have hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, Artifactory & Git.
  • Experience in understand and analyzing the requirements and provide the estimates.
  • A passion for clean code and pragmatic, elegant design.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)

Nice to have skill / experience:

  • Knowledge of Static application security testing (SAST) using SonarQube, SonarLint.
  • Dependency injection pattern and IoC containers using at least one of: Autofac, Unity, Ninject, and/or DryIoC is a plus.
  • Knowledge of design tools - draw.io, Markdown, PlantUML, Mermaid
  • Experience in Kubernetes container orchestration platform like MicroK8s or Docker.
  • Familarity with Manual testing &Test Automation( Python, BDD framework, Selenium)
  • Experience with C++
  • Experience in desktop user interface automated testing with python.
