    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
    • Product design and development(60%)
      • Responsible for the mechanical design and development of new products, to ensure the progress, quality and cost
      • Responsible for review of the design scheme of mechanical characteristics to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the design output
      • Responsible for investigation, evaluation and introduction of new technologies and processes
      • Responsible for the daily maintenance of legacy products, timely solve customer feedback problems and design cost reduction
      • Work with project manager, EE and other project members, facilitate agile development
      • Participate in global cross-team technical and project cooperation
    • Technology construction(20%)
      • Lead advanced technical pre-study and technical roadmap definition, e.g. DFM, DFA, DFR and modular design etc.
      • Organize the definition and summary of mechanical design specifications, technical standards and technical schemes
    • Team management(20%)
      • Responsible for team capability upgrade and team member development
      • Responsible for coordinating, managing and driving team's daily work to achieve team's business target
      • Responsible for team's workflow optimization and efficiencies improvement 
      • Responsible for facilitating team's cross-team collaboration and influence setup
    What You Need to Succeed
    • Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, materials or similar.
    • 3 years or above working experience in mechanical design, having experience in team management and project management is a plus
    • Proficient in mechanical design principles and processing technology, e.g. injection molding, casting, stamping and surface treatment, and proficient in Creo, AutoCAD and other mechanical structure design tools
    • Familiar with product development process, able to independently complete the whole process design from concept design to mass production
    • Experience in shell protection, safety and explosion protection design and familiar with relevant design standards is a plus
    • Excellent communication and coordination, cross-team collaboration and conflict management skills to motivate team growth and drive change
    • Has good self-drive and result delivery ability
    • Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills as a working language
