    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
    • Responsible for the integrated design of electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring compatibility and synergy between the two. 
    • Participate in the selection, optimization, and installation and commissioning of electrical equipment and mechanical devices, ensuring their performance and reliability. 
    • Design and optimize electrical control circuits, integrating with mechanical structures to achieve automated control functions.
    • Analyze and resolve faults in electrical and mechanical systems during operation and propose improvements. 
    • Assist the team in developing technical solutions, drawing diagrams, and writing technical documents for projects.
    • Participate in cross-departmental collaboration, working closely with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, software engineers, and others to advance projects. 
    • Track the latest industry technological trends and provide support for the technical upgrade and innovation of the company's products.
    What You Need to Succeed
    • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
    • 3+ years of work experience in electrical and mechanical related fields, with practical project experience in the integration of electrical and mechanical systems preferred.
    • Proficient in electrical schematic design, with the ability to use professional software (such as Eplan, AutoCAD Electrical, etc.) to draw electrical diagrams.
    • Familiar with the selection of electrical components, including but not limited to motors, sensors, PLCs, inverters, etc.
    • Understand the design and commissioning of electrical control systems, with programming capabilities for automation (such as PLC programming, HMI programming, etc.) experience in participating in or leading an organization's agile transformation(plus).
    • Familiar with electrical safety standards and regulations, with the ability to diagnose and repair electrical equipment faults.
    • Familiar with mechanical design principles, with the ability to use software such as SolidWorks, Pro/E, Creo for mechanical structure design.
    • Understand mechanical transmission, machining processes, and material properties, with the ability to select and optimize mechanical components.
    • Familiar with the assembly and commissioning processes of mechanical systems, with the ability to resolve mechanical faults.
    • Possess the ability to integrate electrical and mechanical systems, with the capability to design and optimize from a system-level perspective.
    • Familiar with project management processes, with the ability to complete project tasks on time and to a high quality.
    • Possess good team collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers from different disciplines.
    • Possess strong learning and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and projects.
    • Have good English reading and writing skills, with the ability to read and understand English technical documents.
    • Preference for those holding relevant professional qualifications (such as Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer certifications).
    • Willingness to travel or provide on-site technical support as required.
