Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Selling of the Matchar&Autochem Division’s complete range of products directly to the customers( DSC,TGA,DMA,ReactIR, easymax,optimax).
  • To achieve sales target, profitability and cost objectives for the assigned territory in consultation with the Regional Manager.
  • Continually monitoring sales performance to ensure all customer orders are realized internally and delivered in line with customer expectations.
  • Timely collection of payments, ‘C’ forms, etc. as per the sales contract from time to time.
  • To ensure the collections on sales within the company norms of Days Outstanding.
  • Development of New customer accounts. Generate new leads by identifying opportunities, promoting the interests of the MTIN products.
  • Maintaining and updating customer information and leads management into CRM.
  • To coordinate with service engineers to attend installations, routine maintenance and breakdowns.
  • To interact with customers, understand the needs and positioning of the products of the company as per his requirements/applications.
  • Building good customer relationship on long term basis.

What You Need to Succeed
Qualifications and Technical Skills:
M.Sc. / Degree (Chemistry / Chemical Engineering. / Polymers Specialization / Instrumentation/ BE Chemical / Instrumentation
Overall and Specific Experience in Products:
Matchar& Autochem Product Range DSC,TGA,DMA,ReactIR, easymax,optimax
