Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As our Regional Solutions Manager, you will serve as a key resource in understanding and addressing the diverse needs of our clients within the industrial weighing sector. This role will leverage technical expertise and industry insights to provide tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity for our customers across multiple segments. This role adds significant value to our organization by acting as a bridge between our innovative solutions and the market's needs, ensuring that we deliver compelling value propositions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. The scope of support will encompass all industrial weighing applications, providing comprehensive solutions that range from high-precision scales to advanced weighing automation systems. Additional responsibilities will include: 
  • Providing efficient and effective solution-based consultation to our Sales and Marketing Organizations in North America region in order to win high-value and technical complex customer projects. The approaches can include customer visits, assessments, technical clarifications, proof-of-concept, and more. 
  • Collaborating with Product Management, Market and Commercial Consulting, and Marketing Organizations to execute new solution launches and subsequent market rollout strategies focusing on gaining successful initial market adoption. 
  • Operating as the subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Global Business Area Industrial Weighing products/solutions for both internal and external stakeholders. Providing a clear understanding of market needs, requirements, as well as where and how to implement our solutions in customer manufacturing systems are required.
  • Developing a deep understanding of existing and emerging industrial technologies and market trends to position our offerings effectively. This includes attending industry tradeshows, seminars, and open days. 
  • Participating in train-the-trainer to the regional sales and technical support/training teams mainly on solution value selling, highlighting key differentiators and targeted customer applications. 
  • Assisting regional sales teams on on-site customer technical seminars and lunch and learn events to support lead generation initiatives. 
  • Regularly participating in key customer visits alongside the Sales and Marketing Organizations, both in-person or virtually, including product demonstrations. 
  • Working with product managers to collect and investigate new requirements to support product development/improvement. Evaluating possible new application solutions request by customers through analysis of market trends and competitor offerings.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineer, or mechatronics is required. 
  • 5+ years of experience in applications, sales, or service in industrial environments. 
  • Experience in solution building/training/consulting in Industrial Manufacturing (food/chemical/pharma segments). 
  • Ability to travel about 30% to customer sites, tradeshows, channel partner/distributor sides, or other MT sites.
