Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • End-to-end ownership of month-end close for assigned entities
  • Balance sheet integrity, reconciliation review, and open item clearance
  • Audit coordination (PBC management, SOX/compliance alignment)
  • Stakeholder management with finance teams
  • Driving process improvements and standardization initiatives

What You Need to Succeed
  • 5–10 years of experience in GL / R2R 
  • Strong ownership of month-end close 
  • Deep experience in balance sheet reconciliation
  • Exposure to audit / SOX / GAAP frameworks
  • Hands-on SAP / ERP experience
  • Prior team handling (minimum 2–3 members)
