Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Efficiently create and maintain master data of customer and material in relevant system
  • Receive request from unit responsible
    • Business unit on market from APAC countries will request to create and maintain master data of customer and material
  • Verify request (e.g.; duplicate, sufficient information, etc.)
  • Proceed on system procedure
  • Based on excellent understanding of system process and data governance, proceed maintenance on system (e.g.; SAP, other system modules)
  • Trouble shoots with stakeholders
    • Work closely with relevant parties (e.g.; producing unit, Finance, logistics) to ensure service delivery time and quality  
  •  Focus on customer 
    • Meet the internal/external customers requirement 
    • Improve the efficiencies considering the customer satisfactory 
  • Pursue efficiency and quality 
    • Understand the service business process 
    • Deliver the level of service 
  • Act as team 
    • Strong team sprit required with team itself, the unit employees and BO Roll-in team  

What You Need to Succeed
  • Fluent level of English as main communication; Mandarin language is a plus
  • Data maintenance experience preferred 
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Having 2-3 years of SAP exposure is preferred; as in related industry
