Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
We’re looking for a new team member to join our Talent Acquisition team and support us with the day-to-day tasks involved in recruitment processes across our organization.
This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to gain experience in an international environment while learning and applying recruitment best practices.

Your responsibilities:
  • Supporting the recruitment team with administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and keeping our ATS up to date.
  • Scheduling interviews and phone calls, as well as coordinating the calendars of candidates and everyone involved in the meetings.

  • The role also offers the opportunity to gradually expand your responsibilities. In the future, depending on business needs, your learning progress and how you perform in your other responsibilities, the role may also include initial applicant screening and initial phone screens with candidates. This would be a natural next step for someone who feels comfortable with the day-to-day tasks and is interested in developing further in the recruitment field.
To be successful in this role, you should be:
  • well-organized and able to keep track of deadlines,
  • proactive and solution-oriented,
  • positive and enthusiastic. ☺️
What You Need to Succeed

  • Excellent attention to detail – this is a key requirement.
  • Very good knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word, or a strong willingness to learn and confidence in using technology.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Availability to work 25–40 hours per week during the company’s regular working hours, ideally for a few hours each weekday.
Our Offer to You
  • A civil-law contract until the end of August 2027.
  • The opportunity to gain your first experience in recruitment.
  • Flexible working hours within the company’s business hours (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.), allowing you to combine work with your studies.
  • A hybrid working model.
  • A supportive team that is eager to share knowledge and collaborate.
  • Fresh Fruit Wednesdays.
  • The opportunity to work in an international environment and use English on a daily basis.
