Multimedia Specialist / Video and Animations Editor (f/m/d)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
For our global Marketing Team  we are looking for a talented Multimedia Specialist (this title will be shown on the contract) with strong skills in video editing, and animation to join our creative team. 

In this role, you will produce multimedia content that engages international audiences and supports our digital channels. You’ll work closely with our Visual Content Manager in Switzerland, as well as the Marketing Team and product managers to transform ideas into professional, visually compelling media.

Your scope will include: 
  • video and animations editing, including implementing music and voice-overs,
  • managing stock libraries, 
  • supporting our YouTube channel and uploading content to internal platforms. 

This role is based in Warsaw. 

Key responsibilities:
  • Edit high-quality videos and animations, ensuring professional, timely execution and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Video Manager (Switzerland) and proactively communicate with internal teams on video creation status.
  • Apply voice-over tools to enhance video production.
  • Manage international stock photo, video, and sound libraries while ensuring compliance with copyright laws and internal brand guidelines.
  • Edit and publish content for the company YouTube channel, including thumbnails, titles, and descriptions.
  • Upload content to internal platforms (e.g., Klyck, PicturePark).
  • Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and brand consistency are met across all multimedia projects.
  • Continuously explore new technologies and creative approaches to elevate our multimedia output.
  • Support Video Manager in video shoots for larger projects on site (Switzerland).

What You Need to Succeed
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a Video Editor, Multimedia Specialist, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in the area of multimedia design, animation, film production, communication or related field.
  • Knowledge/demonstrated experience in in 2D and 3D animation and color grading.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including:
    • Video editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects
    • Graphic design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
    • MS Office and other relevant tools.
    • Animation/Motion graphics: Adobe After Effects, Blender.
  • Experience managing international stock libraries (e.g., Adobe, iStock, Soundstripe) and strong understanding of licensing/copyright.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Knowledge of AI tools for voice-overs, avatars, and automation in video production.
  • Excellent visual storytelling skills with an eye for detail, design, and aesthetics.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communicator and team player in an international environment.
  • Creative (within the corporate design guidelines), proactive mindset with a passion for innovation in multimedia.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 5% is required).

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager and technical Expert (video conference or stationary meeting, approx. 1 hour)
  • Case study 
  • Video conference with one of the stakeholders (up to 1 hour).
