Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and equipped with a strong background in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering? We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Field Service Technician to carry out both reactive and preventative service work—including installation, commissioning, certification, and maintenance of our product inspection and systems equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine performance verification and preventative maintenance
  • Install and commission new equipment
  • Diagnose and rectify equipment breakdowns efficiently
  • Promote audits, calibrations, and validation activities
  • Meet KPIs and complete all administrative tasks on time
  • Travel regularly to customer sites
  • Manage and maintain stock effectively

What You Need to Succeed

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer-facing service experience: You’ll be confident working directly with customers, understanding their needs, resolving issues on-site, and communicating clearly and professionally.
  • Technical expertise: Strong hands-on experience in electrical, electronic, and mechanical engineering. You’ll be comfortable diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and performing maintenance across a range of systems
