Graphic Designer (Contract)
Ubicación Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malasia Fecha de publicación 16 diciembre 2025 ID de la oferta 20859- Manage the development of graphical / visual elements for marketing materials, presentations, training materials and other customer facing sales tools to promote the product inspection division across the global network of MT market organisations.
- Develop compelling divisional and SBU content for MT Sales and Marketing channels to deploy. Ensure materials are delivered in a timely manner and within budget.
- Lead specific allocated graphical design projects and associated tasks, working closely with colleagues based across PI SBUs and the wider Divisional Marketing Team. Communicate full PI divisional messaging and values in all materials without SBU bias.
- Support lead generation activities, telemarketing toolkits and sales processes for PI Division, through the creation of visual elements that are incorporated into the final output.
- Provide and maintain high quality content to support Group and Divisional marketing programmes e.g. Corporate Communication documents, eNewsletters, PR, company website, intranets etc.
- Manage supplier relationships to provide cost effective solutions.
- Contribute to the Product Inspection integrated Divisional Marketing Plan. Assist and support roll-out activities across all channels.
- Actively participate in the applicable Service Provison Team (SPT) process steps of briefing – review – approval to understand the requirements, develop content that meets the brief, collaborate with key stakeholders and implement requested feedback to deliver high quality outputs aligned to brand guidelines and PI Marketing strategy.
- Use the agreed Design Team task tracking process to provide timely updates of project status to key stakeholders (Design / Authoring Team colleagues; Project owners; PI Management Team) for all assigned tasks.Collaborate with PI colleagues across the SBU / Application Centre sites to ensure we deliver a harmonized and consistent experience, leveraging common tools and equipment within the eStudio facilities where possible.
- Perform all duties which may reasonably be expected of the post-holder within the Mettler Toledo framework of: vision; values; code of conduct; operating procedures.
- Experienced Graphic Designer (3-5+ years in a similar role) with B2B marketing environment experience, with sharp intellect and high energy levels.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Advanced experience in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite software with emphasis on Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Advanced experience in Microsoft tools with emphasis on power point and XLS.
- Experience in creating content for social media platforms such as WeChat and Line.
- Ability to work within well-defined corporate guidelines.
- Confident communicator with good networking skills, used to working in a global company through a matrix organisation.
- Likely to have prior responsibility for project leadership within a marketing environment.
- Must be able to rapidly acquire an understanding of our customer's applications and how Product Inspection technology bring customer value.
- An eye for design.
- Ensure all projects meet a specific project brief and are submitted on time and budget.
- Be able to work with third party suppliers by briefing them and ensure the output is within the briefing, budget and deadlines agreed.
- Work in partnership with the other team members to form ideas and concepts, ensuring a PI approach is leveraged where applicable across all print/digital media.
- Skilled in creating 3D demo models using software such as Cinema 4D, Unity, Unreal Engine as well as Blender or Autodesk Inventor to create machine renders for sales and marketing tools.
- HTML coding to mainly create compelling emailers.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken, written).
- Photography skills - Skilled in the use of a camera (phone, SLR, etc).
- Experience of using AI tools for graphic design.
- Microsoft tools – Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Sharepoint.
