Global Key Account Manager in Food and Beverages
Location Greifensee, Kanton Zürich Fecha de publicación October 15, 2024 ID de la oferta 17695- Build and maintain strong, strategic, long-term business relationships with key decision makers at selected local (DACH) and Global target accounts in the Food and Beverages production industries.
- Create and execute business development plans for target accounts, provide support and guidance for local METTLER TOLEDO sales teams and maintain close liaison with relevant stakeholders (Business Area managers, sales teams, support functions...) to ensure effective implementation of account plans.
- Take the lead in the development and negotiation of contractual agreements with target accounts and ensure corresponding execution.
- Develop strong knowledge about Food & Beverages production industry segment and our product / solution portfolio, and ensure the competitive and normative watch of the industrial environment.
- You have a degree in engineering (mechanical / electrical etc.), natural sciences (physics, chemistry, biochemistry etc.), or economics (BA, B.Sc., MA, M.Sc) or in a comparable field of study
- You bring at least five years of work experience in key account management and / or sales
- You are proficient in IT tools (Microsoft Office) and internal tools (CRM, SAP etc.)
- You have capacity to work and interact within a global environment with a high understanding of cultural differences pertaining to personal and business skills
- You are an initiative, committed, and independent person with strong strategic and analytical capabilities
- You have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to negotiate and to work in a team
- You have strong oral and written communication skills in English and German (business fluent), French is a plus
- Furthermore, a high willingness to travel is required (approx. 20-30%)
