- Lead and coordinate project planning and management, execution, and delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while effectively managing resources and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Support network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement network upgrades and new technologies.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and changes.
- Provide technical support to end-users and other IT staff as needed.
- Participate in routine network maintenance and scheduled audits
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, switching, and network protocols.
- Familiarity with network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Functional skillset with Cisco CLI and Meraki dashboard for troubleshooting, configurations, and upgrades.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus but not required.
- Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching, Cisco CCNA Security
- Meraki CMSS
- CompTIA Network +, CompTIA Security+
- Proven ability to configure, manage, and maintain essential network devices
- Must be able to troubleshoot devices such as switches, access points, and routers to sustain and support the local network
- Implement network security, standards, and protocols
- Support virtual server environment and environment patching
- Configure systems for network connectivity, including physical and logical elements
- Diagnose and resolve system hardware, software, connectivity, storage and security issues
