Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Advocate to join our Back Office Service Operations team. This role is pivotal in acting as the voice for both our field teams and customers, ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual terms and conditions. The successful candidate will manage relationships, address and resolve issues, analyze account performance, and support contract management within defined business areas. Key responsibilities will include: 
  • Advocating for customers and field teams within back-office operations. 
  • Collaborating with support teams to meet goals and recommend process improvements. 
  • Analyzing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and profit margins; lead corrective actions. 
  • Managing escalation paths and resolving customer and field issues. 
  • Serving as main contact for key customers, coordinating with internal departments. 
  • Overseeing third-party service provider relationships and contract compliance. 
  • Providing financial and logistical reports to support account management. 
  • Assisting with contract renewals and audit customer billing and payments. 
  • Addressing customer survey issues and supporting ad hoc profitability inquiries.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED. 
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience. 
  • Technical knowledge, including CRM, BI reports, and Microsoft Excel pivot tables and v-lookup. 
  • Weekly schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with 4 days a week in office. Must have work phone available for calls until 8pm. 
  • On-call schedule: On call every 5th weekend. You must have your work phone available and be able to get to a computer within an hour.
