Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Product management
    • Define and execute specific product strategy and initiatives for driving business growth in alignment with SBU strategy
    • Responsible for specific product portfolio and roadmap management including leading the product line lifetime management based on market demand, product development, launch, and retirement
    • Explore business growth opportunity and support the sales marketing to do customer penetration, gain market share and achieve annual sales target
    • Manage the E2E collaboration of cross-function internal, external and SBU for product technical support, ECR management and coordination of product delivery in good quality and lead-time
  • Marketing competence development
    • Develop professional product management capability to focus on the demand of market and identify the market requirements through VoC and JTBD approach
    • Drive and enrich the knowledge base from market intelligence management, life science application trends, and data analysis
    • Proactively build agile business development capability
  • Others
    • Develop business agility and collaboration with R&D, operation and other teams to solve quality issues and ECM cases
    • Take extra temporary or regular assignment accordingly
What You Need to Succeed
  • Technical or commercial management background with good sense for business subjects, bachelor degree above
  • 3+ years' product management experience
  • Experience of life science Pharma and Biotech industry or instruments and consumables is a plus
  • Strong business strategic thinking and communication ability
  • Good team spirit, proactive work attitude and open mind thinking
  • Fluent English in spoken, listening and writing
