    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
    • Responsible for one or more weighbridge product lines
    • Product roadmap development and product portfolio management and release/revision management
    • Do market research including customers, segments, channels and competitions 
    • Collect and analyze requirements and work with R&D team to provide due solutions
    • Develop market (local and global) and drive sales growth
    • Product cost control & Pricing management
    • Phase in/out product according PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) process
    • Work together with SBU, R&D team, sales & marketing organization, and other stakeholder on product launch 
    • VEH Comprehensive SFG package creation and enhancement for target segments and roll out in direct and Channel Sales
    • Creation of product documentation of sales brochures, spec sheets, installation instructions, operator instructions, service manual, spare parts catalog, etc. 
    • Work with quality team on compliance, legal regulations and product quality criteria (GQM review and further improvement followed)
    • Work with MFG, logistic to make sure delivery or customer orders
    What You Need to Succeed
    • At least 3 years working experience in product management
    • Experience of business development, marketing is a plus
    • Overseas working experience is a plus
    • Have experience in product definition, pricing, promotion and place management
    • Good analytical skills and is familiar with frequently-used tool including business analysis, market trend analysis, portfolio analysis, product portfolio and customer road mapping
    • Open minded, proactive and good teamwork spirit, cooperate well with cross-function party
    • Proficient in English and Chinese (written and oral)
    • Be able to international travels
