Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
• Review and understand the user stories requirement, Translate business / user story requirement to technical requirement and solution proposal
• Translate the user story requirement into value based and measurable requirements • Review of requirements by checking and analyzing the impact to the template
• Support the detail of business scenarios to help define and test the solution 
• Organize, facilitates and support process forums such as SCM Circle, SCEx user story alignment, Regional PU forum • Collaborate with business, GSCM, SCEx to share experience, ideas to improves processes towards efficient 
• Support in updating process documents, Job Aid’s, QRC when existing process is changed or new process is introduced 
• Provide support to end / key user on the system / template processes through incident handling and Resolve incidents according to defined SLA targets 
• Maintains user-friendly communication and present service minded approach to business users. 
• Perform and be responsible for all the SCM related customizing and developments which are related to defects in the productive environment and / or new enhancements to the template including related documents 
• Contribute, Support and responsible to the projects and Roll-ins you are assigned to and act as a SPOC (Single point of contact) to the Roll-in and project Team 
• Collaborate with BTE (Business Transformation Expert), Delivery, Cutover, Business users and other cross functional product teams during difference phases of Roll-in from Requirement gathering until business go live & Hypercare support 
• Provide an update to Product owner on the progress, issues, risks of the roll-in and projects 
• Escalates appropriately through the team / Product Owner, if any decision made are risking the quality/integrity of your area of the template, create additional risk or simply does not fulfill the business case portrayed in your opinion. 
• Continuously update the process and system knowledge and share it to the team through Knowledge sharing sessions 
• Evaluate and analyze any impact of requirement and solution proposal to the existing template process and design a sustainable solution and document and get reviewed and approved with Solution Architect 
• Perform UT (Unit Test), SIT (System Integration Test) for the developed or customized solution, coordinate & coach Business user to complete UAT (User Acceptance Test) on planned timeline, define RGR Test (Regression) scope in case of no RGR test cases available create them in HPQC and handover the test cases to QC Team 
• Understanding of SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) process and effectively participate and contribute in Agile team events such as daily, Sprint Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo, Sprint Retro and present the ideas to improve the team efficiency 
• Follow DoR (Definition of Ready) and DoD (Definition of Done) part of SAFE Process and reach "Complete / Build Tested (done)" user stories within the same Sprint to achieve a planned OTD (On-Time Delivery) targets 
• Communication and collaboration with the other members of the global SCM team and other functional teams like Sales, Service, Finance, HCM to discuss requirements and Problems from business side
What You Need to Succeed
• Bachelor degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field 
• At least 3 years of working experience as a business analyst or solution specialist or key user in business transformation programs in SCM Planning and Manufacturing. Additional experience in SCM Logistics, Sourcing and Quality is an added advantage. 
• Proven and solid background in SAP Planning and Manufacturing processes in SAP 
• Experience on SAP ECC to S/4 HANA Transition would be an added advantage. 
• Self-driven and communicative team player with a result-oriented and positive attitude 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and global environment (cultural awareness) 
• Experience with SAFe methodology and / or SCRUM is a plus 
• Very good skills in English and Chinese (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages is a plus
