Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • The Data Mining Associate will be responsible for identifying, collecting, validating, and maintaining high-quality prospect and customer data to support lead generation, sales, and marketing activities.
  •  Research and identify potential customers, companies, and decision-makers from various online and offline sources (desk research, phone calls, etc) Collect, compile, validate, and maintain accurate customer and prospect databases.
  •  Perform data cleansing, de-duplication, enrichment, and verification activities to ensure data quality. Support marketing and sales teams with targeted data for campaigns and business development initiatives.
  •  Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer and prospect information. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable data privacy regulations.
  • Timely submission of MIS/reports/Data to local management.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Qualifications and Technical Skills: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Diploma in Database Management from a reputed institute or a related field 1-3 years of experience in data mining, lead generation, market research, or database management is an added advantage.
  •  Overall and Specific Experience: "Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis functions). Strong internet research and data validation skills. Use of CRM software is an added advantage, Good English, Good communication & listening skills. Having previous calling experience is an added advantage"
