Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Handling emails received from internal / external customers.
  • Responding to customer credit card requests via phone and email.
  • Submitting refund requests on SharePoint.
  • Keeping a control over TAT period.
  • Meeting productivity and quality benchmark defined from time to time.
  • Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved immediately.
  • Ensuring deliverables as per agreed SLA's.
What You Need to Succeed
Technical Skills
  • 3-4 years' experience into international customer service preferably into cash collections.
  • SAP knowledge will be preferred.
  • Telephonic skills should be excellent
Soft Skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Good communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Strong process knowledge with focus on constantly improving productivity and processes
