Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Service Administrative is responsible for managing and distributing information such as customer request, certification, service tools, and spare-part storage, among the calibration in-shop team. Ensure all equipment calibration and verification schedules are maintained. Support the calibration in-shop team regarding to operation administrative.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support on certification, service tools for calibration, spare-part storage to the calibration team.
  • Cooperating with suppliers such as the express companies, center warehouse to ensure for goods or documents deliveries.
  • Maintain clear, professional and empathetic communication with customers throughout the support process.
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their inquiries or issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative or any fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Administrative.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Complete SVC order coming and increase SCV order completion rate 2%
