Product Sales Integration Engineer
Location Anywhere within United States Date posted September 04, 2026 Job ID 22845- Serve as the primary technical resource and solution advocate for strategic retail customers across North America.
- Partner with Sales to support customer requirements gathering, solution evaluation, and technology validation.
- Identify customer business and technical needs and recommend solutions that drive measurable results.
- Design, demonstrate, and present software, hardware, and professional service solutions to customers and prospects.
- Support RFI/RFP responses, solution proposals, and technical documentation.
- Develop ROI-focused value propositions and technical selling tools to support the sales organization.
- Build strong relationships with customers, technology partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Management by communicating customer requirements and market feedback.
- Identify and develop integration opportunities, strategic partnerships, and professional services engagements.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, industry events, and trade shows.
- Maintain and share technical knowledge, best practices, and solution expertise across the organization.
- Technical and business-minded with the ability to translate complex concepts into customer-focused solutions.
- Strong presentation, demonstration, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence decisionmakers and build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer, Software, or Industrial Engineering preferred; a Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering supplemented by 5 years of related work experience will be considered.
- Prior experience as a solutions or software sales engineer yielding business driven results.
- Technical experience to facilitate qualified support and to develop appropriate documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and written / verbal skills
- Strong problem resolution skills
- Ability to flourish in a cross functional organization.
- Adept at group presentations and product demonstrations.
- Capability to prepare technical documentation for sales & service.
- Understanding of large retailer IT infrastructure desired.
- Sales Engineer experience in IT products, software, or related technology a plus.
- Experience in food retailing industry desired.
- This position has a travel requirement of up to 40% periodically including both domestic and international travel (by commercial or personal means, including economy class air travel). The ability to obtain a passport with valid visas for entry into countries throughout the world is required.
