Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
To our Warsaw office we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to drive the implementation of a modern Talent Acquisition operating model and build TA expertise in key markets. 
To be cutting edge in a very competitive employment market and provide an outstanding candidate experience. 
The Talent Acquisition Manager will have a great opportunity to build and manage proactive programs, processes and recruiting best practices to support our HR teams in attracting, sourcing, recruiting & hiring top talent into our growing and changing environment. 
The role also aims at leveraging the outcome of our Employer Value Proposition Project, completed last year, and develop a strong Employer Brand in the various European countries. 
The Talent Acquisition Manager Europe will be a part of the Global Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise. 

Our aim is to build up a future oriented Talent Acquisition approach to win talent for tomorrow's success.

Your Responsibilities: 
  • Drive the implementation and change management for the new TA Operating Model in the Region.
  • Create, organize, and implement strategic recruitment plans and supporting initiatives to strengthen the overall talent acquisition process and improve the quality of hiring across all units.
  • Design and implement external candidate marketing and proactive recruiting programs and processes that attract, select and retain a qualified, high-performance workforce through cutting edge technology and effective use of social networking tools, as well as traditional sourcing techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal & external resources to develop and execute activities to promote our employer brand.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of Talent Acquisition tools & systems (background check, CRM…etc.) and determine enhancements or changes and project manage implementation (led by Global Talent Acquisition).
  • Develop recruitment strategies aligned to annual business goals or specific critical initiatives.
  • Develop recruitment metrics that drive maximum staffing performance.
  • Drive candidate relationship management to enhance the candidate experience.
  • Uphold Legal and HR compliance directives.
  • Oversee company use of vendors and third-party agencies.
  • Partner with Human Resources, Group Training and Development and other Business leaders in talent management initiatives.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree and 5+ years of Talent Acquisition operations/recruiting experience.
  • Track record of successfully implementing new recruiting organizations and technologies.
  • Strong project management, planning, prioritizing, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems, Internet Applications & Social Media.
  • Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, other languages a plus.
  • Knowledge of recruiting and applicable methodology and employment law.
  • Experience in vendor relationship and management within the Talent Acquisition landscape (Headhunters, recruitment agencies, consultants, RPOs, technology partners…).
  • Proven record in candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
  • Strong collaborator on all levels of the organization and with a strong hands-on attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Readiness to travel.
