Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

To our Human Resources Team located in Warsaw we are looking for skilled professional, willing to learn and work in a global environment and presenting long term commitment to METTLER TOLEDO.

Shared Business Center located in Warsaw combines numerous teams supporting different areas of business globally as well as contribute to project aiming at standardization of our business processes. 

For those teams we are looking for a person who will give a helping hand and be the first point of contact in case of various HR related questions.

Your role is to support, guide and advice managers on different aspects of people management and people implications on business decisions accordingly to HR practices within organization. 

Your tasks: 
  • Provide legal advice and solutions for HR processes and guide their execution aiming at highly engaged and performing organization,
  • Run, train and control HR processes (Performance Management/Talent Management, Salary Review) by working effectively with systems and tools,
  • Act proactively and collaboratively with HR stakeholders and embody the OneHR philosophy and approach towards the Business in achieving their business goals through effective people management,
  • Identify and advise business on recruitment needs, cooperate with Talent Acquisition Experts and business to deliver talents to organization,
  • Support all HR activities aimed at building a positive employer branding image internally and externally,
  • Provide assistance to new employees with regards to the induction program and their adaptation,
  • Participate actively in diverse HR projects.

This role is for you if you are patient, guiding people is your cup of tea and have service and people-oriented attitude. 
What You Need to Succeed
  • Master's degree in human resources, psychology, law, economics, or similar field,
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in inhouse HR area,
  • Profound knowledge of various HR processes,
  • Profund knowledge of Polish labor law and Polish labor market,
  • Fluent English is a must (any other language would be an asset),
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus,
  • Very good MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point),
  • Experience in IT environment or shared service organization would be an asset,
