Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As part of our strategic business transformation program aiming at standardizing our major business processes globally and introducing SAP, we are searching for technology enthusiasts ready for a challenging IT career and focus on application development and maintenance providing practical programming and technology implementation on SAP CRM (HANA environment)

You could have the opportunity to design and develop applications as per MT internal business requirements and provide end-to-end service and project delivery across all our MT Delivery Center engagements using rapid development principles such as Agile to make software faster, flexible and stable.

Your main tasks:
  • Analyse, evaluate and implement custom developments in the area of SAP (mainly CRM) according to the specifications and the ABAP Development processes,
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis, including ABAP debugging,
  • Present strong ownership of driven changes, support delivery, and make sure that change properly goes through its lifecycle,
  • Provides support to functional teams during design phase, UAT Tests and Defect resolution,
  • Ensure adherence to our development operating model and guidelines as well as best practices (code quality, performance optimization),
  • Provide status updates to Team Lead and respective Stakeholders; Timely escalation of issues to avoid delivery delay.
What You Need to Succeed
  • University degree in IT & business administration, commercial engineering or similar degree,
  • More than 2 years of SAP ABAP development experience,
  • Experience with complex implementation and support projects,
  • Strong knowledge on ABAP Object Oriented concepts, SAP Enhancement concepts, BADIs, User-Exits, Interfacing technologies (Proxy, BDOC, IDoc, OData) and RFC. Good to have knowledge on SAP Cloud platform and programing model (BTP),
