職務役割
■担当業務
自身にアサインされた担当エリアの売上、利益目標を達成するための活動。顧客、分野、アプリケーションから潜在的な販売ポテンシャルを分析し担当エリアに適した販売プランを立案、実行する。製品、アプリケーショントレーニングを定期的に実行し知識向上に努める（E-learning自己学習、事業部内合同トレーニング、など）会社の方針、事業部の販売戦略を深く理解し、KPIを日々実行、確認し効率的かつ効果的な活動を行うことが重要となります。


■業務詳細
代理店、およびエンドユーザーに対して技術的なトレーニング、サポートを行う
製薬、化学分野を中心とした幅広い分野への営業活動
KPIの実行、パフォーマンス管理及び上長への定期的な報告
定められた製品に対し四半期毎の販売強化プランの立案、毎月の進捗管理
技術サービス、マーケティング、受注管理、物流等の関連事業部との協業
必要なスキルと経験
■必要経験（以下すべて必須）
４年制大学卒業
明確な営業経験、目標達成実績（売上、利益、など）がある方
普通自動車第一種運転免許


■歓迎条件
SAP/CRMの顧客管理システム使用経験
理化学分野での就業経験（メーカー、販売代理店、など）

■求める人物像
担当エリアの顧客分析、開拓プランの立案、実行
未開拓アカウントのユーザー情報収集
適切な営業活動を立案/検証するための企業分析基礎知識(分析ツール使用:SWOT/STP 等)
多様なアプリケーションへの適切な付加価値提案
業務を効果的/効率的に行うための時間管理
既存優良顧客への効率的な管理システムの構築
販売代理店との顧客開拓、教育トレーニング
Word、Excel、PPTを使って質の高いレポート作成
様々な変化に対する適応能力

【給与】
想定年収：550万円～700万円
※内訳：固定給＋業績給（約33.34％、100％達成時）
