- 及时准确高质量完成公司提供给客户的现场服务，安调、维修、维保等
- 遵守公司相关服务流程和工作制度安排
- 充分考虑公司和客户双方的利益，有效处理客户异议，达到双赢
- 不断提高工作效率，提高服务响应速度及客户满意度
- 仪器的维护和校正工作，客户回访
- 工作职责2-培训及售后服务支持
- 为客户和销售人员提供服务支持
- 培训和指导客户实验操作人员
- 成为客户可信赖的顾问，积极发掘产品和服务机遇
- 工作职责3-不断提高技术能力
- 积极参加课堂和网上学习，同事之间进行相互分享和学习
- 积极学习其他产品线知识，增加知识宽度
- 教育背景
- 材料化学相关专业本科或以上学历，高分子材料专业优先
- 工作经验
- 医疗/化工/高分子行业/第三方测试机构；从事测试、研发或设备维修等工作
- 具有操作大型实验室设备的经验，如：GCMS/LCMS/ICPMS/AAS/DSC/TGA等，有DSC/TGA等热分析设备操作经验优先
- 专业技能要求
- 良好的英语听说读写能力，熟练阅读技术资料
- 良好的沟通能力，良好的团队精神
- 工作有计划性，独立工作能力强
