- 对负责区域进行规划，重点客户渗透，开发新客户，建立和维护与现有客户的良好关系，了解其需求，提供专业的产品建议
- 负责移液器、细胞计数仪的市场推广和销售活动，进行产品演示和培训，展示产品特点和优势
- 负责经销商开发和培训，定期与经销商回顾业务，与经销商制定市场推广计划并落实，协同经销商拜访客户，指导经销商销售人员成长
- 了解市场动态，收集竞争对手的产品信息和市场反馈
- 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，生命科学，制药/食品/化学等理工科专业优先
- 1年以上销售或技术支持经验，有实验室设备或耗材销售经验优先
- 具备良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力，能够与客户建立良好的关系
- 具备较强的学习能力和适应能力，能够快速掌握产品知识
- 良好的团队合作精神，能够在压力下工作
