- 与 SBU pHLab 紧密合作，主导对生产缓冲液和溶液的潜在 OEM 或 PO 进行评估，确保全球研发向工业化适当移交和技术转移
- 主导新品工艺的放大和新工艺的导入，将实验室配方成功转化为批量生产的产品
- 评估配方的可制造性，提出改进建议，并制定可行的生产工艺流程进行优化
- 在工业化推进过程中，及时识别潜在问题并提出有效的解决方案
- 与供应链、质量、合规及其他研发部门协作与协调，确保内部或外部制造工艺的设定无误
- 编写生产工艺开发的指导手册，提供清晰的操作标准与流程
- 教育背景
- 硕士学历（研发类岗位），化学工程类、化学/药物制剂以及相关专业背景
- 专业知识和工作经验
- 熟悉溶液化学、离子平衡、电导率与pH的理论计算，理解缓冲液配方设计原理
- 熟悉实验室配方到工业生产的转化（如混合速度、温度控制、批量放大效应）
- 3年以上相关工作经验，化工生产管理经验者优先
- 掌握稳定性测试方法（如加速老化实验、长期存储测试）
- 积极主动，能自我驱动，强烈的责任感
- 具备优秀的解决问题能力，能够在压力环境下保持高效工作
- 在团队合作中有效沟通，与团队成员以及相关方协作推动目标实现
- 流利的英文听说读写能力
- 能够阅读和理解专业文献，并用英文撰写技术报告和项目总结
- 熟练使用英语进行有效沟通
