- 通过对市场需求的清晰理解和分析，制定并实施产品策略并监控竞争形势，包括市场份额、定价，产品定位、竞争策略等，并参与或主导行业标准制定或者修改
- 负责各新兴行业Top 5客户渗透，并与意见领袖 /大客户建立良好的合作关系，以推广方案，进行市场培育和行业客户辐射
- 与产品市场及销售团队紧密合作，确保战略细分行业销售增长和客户渗透，保持市场领先地位
- 教育背景
- 硕士及以上学历，材料/化工等相关专业优先
- 工作经验
- 2年及以上BD，或者产品市场相关工作经验
- 专业技能要求
- 良好的沟通、协调与组织能力
- 具有独立工作的能力，能积极主动地推动工作成果
- 较强的分析能力和得出可行结论的能力
- 较强的客户开发及管理能力
